Afternoon chaps,

Wondering if you can help me, I have bought two spoons in good faith, seller stated they were ′solid silver′, when they arrived, I have my doubts?

No, not silver. They are either base metal or electroplated and made by William Page & Co of Birmingham. My guess would be base metal as electroplate normally includes ″EP″ somewhere in the mark. For confirmation see https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_P.html.
